Exchanges and Returns

At Oriol Rod Studio, our priority is your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, you have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to request an exchange or return, provided the following conditions are met.

Return conditions

1. The product's inner seal must be intact, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which you received it.
2. It must not have been used or damaged.
3. You must include proof of purchase or the order number.

Exchange or return process 

1. Contact us at oriol@sensenu.com within the 14-day period. Indicate the reason for the exchange or return and the order number. 
2. Once your request is approved, we'll send instructions for returning the product. 
3. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects or order errors, which we cover. Regarding the original shipping: if you exercise your right of withdrawal within this period, we'll also refund the original outbound shipping cost, if any was charged (at the cheapest standard rate), in addition to the price of the product.

Reshipments and refunds 

• Once we receive and verify the condition of the exchanged or returned product, we'll process the reshipment or, for returns, the corresponding refund. 
• Refunds are made through the same payment method used for the purchase and may take between 5 and 10 business days to appear in your account, depending on the payment method and your bank.

Non-returnable products 

• Personalized or made-to-order items, unless they have defects or order errors.
